Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and resourceful IT Engineer to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director across Software Engineer, administrative, and operational functions. The incumbent will play a key role in talent acquisition, payroll management, and administrative coordination, while serving as an effective bridge between the management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Maintain employee records, performance data, and Software Engineer documentation in compliance with company policies.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and retention activities.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and company Software Engineer policies.
Payroll & Administration
Oversee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
Maintain confidential employee data and coordinate with finance for timely salary disbursement.
Support administrative functions including vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
Executive & Operational Support
Provide executive-level assistance to the Managing Director including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required.
Track and follow up on key business and administrative deliverables.
Serve as the communication link between management and employees to ensure alignment and transparency.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Software Engineer software or ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
