Job Description:
To source and identify prospective candidates using a variety of job Portals.
To Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications based on job requirements.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Should be a good Team Player / Decision Maker.
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods will be an added advantage.
Having prior expertise in bulk hiring will be an added advantage
Experience in BPO hiring / experience in consultancy working for BPO requirements will be an added advantage.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Education and Experience:
Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory.
