Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and possess excellent communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
· Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
· Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate on-boarding activities.
· Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
. Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Eligibility:
Experience: 1 to 2 Years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
