Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee personal files and records
Support end-to-end payroll processing
Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders
Assist in employee onboarding and document verification
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and hiring procedures
Conduct periodic audits of HR files and documentation
Coordinate internal training, development programs, and company events
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports on a dailmonthly basis
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
