We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Onboarding Executive.
We invite applications from candidates who are:
Fresh Graduates with an HR Internship, or
Professionals with 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding.
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in:
End-to-end Employee Onboarding
Employee Documentation and KYC Verification
Coordination with Site HRs, Hiring Managers, and Employees
UAN (PF) & ESIC Registration Processes
HR Documentation and Compliance
HRMS Operations and Employee Record Management
We are looking for individuals who possess:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
