Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and driven IT Recruiter to join our Contract Staffing Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong understanding of IT techennaiologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for contract IT roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms, and references.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
Negotiate rates, follow up on offers, and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain candidate and requirement data in the ATS.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.
Strong understanding of various IT techennaiologies and roles.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
Experience with staffing firms or recruitment agencies is a plus.
