Job Description:
Excellent English Communication Skills both Oral & Written is must
Should have exposure towards Employee Relation and Employee Engagement Activities
Well Versed with MS Office and Data handling
Act as a SPOC for all Employee related activities to connect the gap between Management and Employees
To handle all grievances and queries related to the Employees on the floor
To conduct Exit interviews and smooth F&F settlements
To Conduct R&R program ever quarterly
To Conduct Fun Activities and Festival Celebrations
To act as SPOC for Annual Appraisal Process
