What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
Source candidate profiles daily from job portals such as Naukri, workindia and Apna Hire.
Screen resumes based on the job requirements and eligibility criteria.
Connect with the candidates to assess their interest and basic qualifications.
Maintain and update candidate data in internal trackers.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Willing to work in fast paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 Months
Candidates will be evaluated based on performance during the internship.
High performing candidates will be offered a full time role upon successful completion of the internship.
