Role: Basic HR Functions – Recruitment, Onboarding, Documentation, Employee Engagement & HR Operations
What You Will Do:
• Support IT & Non-IT recruitment
• Assist in onboarding & joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Support engagement activities & exit processes
• Handle day-to-day HR operations
