Roles and Responsibilities
Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Shortlist potential candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Schedule interviews between selected candidates and hiring managers.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass hiring, BPO hiring, non-IT recruitment, BFSI recruitment, lateral hiring, or receptionist.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation & negotiation.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients (hiring managers), candidates (applicants) & internal teams.Location - Malad, Mumbai, MH, India
