Role Summary:
As a Trainee Talent Acquisition - HR, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process—helping source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic about HR and looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
~Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
~Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
~Coordinate interviews and maintain schedules
~Draft and post job descriptions and support recruitment operations
~Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle
Qualifications:
~1–2 years of recruitment experience
~Strong communication and interpersonal skills
~Passion for HR and talent acquisition
