?? Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews
-Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job platforms
-Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers
-Assist HR leads with daily HR operational tasks
-Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
?Candidate Requirements:
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Female candidates preferred.
6 months to 1 year of full-time experience in IT recruitment
(Note: Internship experience will not be considered)
Must be able to work independently and take ownership of the entire recruitment process.
