Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
* Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.
Eligibility
* Bachelor's Degree (HR, Business Administration, or any discipline).
* Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
* Preferred: Male candidates.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
