clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment / talent acquisition.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Linkedln sourcing and
candidate hunting.
Experience sourcing candidates through Linkedln,job portals, and
recruitment databases.
Strong understanding of technical roles (Java, Full Stack, Cloud, AI,
etc.)
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing
to offer closure.
