We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. If you are passionate about hiring, enjoy working with people, and can handle multiple requirements, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
· Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and referrals
· Screening and conducting initial interviews(Hindi & English)
· Interview coordination and candidate follow-ups
·Meeting hiring targets and maintaining recruitment trackers
Requirements:
· Hindi fluency is mandatory
· Good communication skills in English
· Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with recruitment Internship experience are welcome.
