Looking for a driven and energetic recruiter to join my in-house hiring team at Quess, Bommanahalli (Bangalore)
The role is all about
Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → closures.
Manage junior to mid-level hiring across functions.
Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver within timelines.
Build strong pipelines for niche/critical roles.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
What we are looking
1–4 years of recruitment experience (staffing/consulting preferred).
Strong exposure to mid-level and leadership hiring.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
Immediate joiners only (this week).
Comfortable with 5 days working from office (Bommanahalli).
Extra Points If You Can
Research and break down JDs to identify the right sourcing keywords.
Map competitor companies to find hidden talent pools.
Suggest creative actions if sourcing isn’t working.
