Position: Python Developer

What You'll Do:
Understand job requirements and handle end-to-end recruitment
Source candidates via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate data in ATS
Communicate with clients and internal teams
Stay updated on IT roles and tech trends
What We’re Looking For:
? Strong sourcing & communication skills
? Experience with technical hiring
? Good multitasking & follow-up abilities
? Prior C2H hiring or staffing experience is a plus
? Bachelor's degree (CS background preferred)
