Key Responsibilities:
✅ Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
✅ Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
✅ HR screening and interview coordination
✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and dashboards
✅ Offer rollout, onboarding, and documentation support
✅ Employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Eligibility:
🎓 MBA (HR) completed or currently pursuing
💡 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
💡 Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
💡 Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Office tools is preferred
💡 Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn
