Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Employee documentation and record management
Employee engagement and welfare activities
HR policy implementation and statutory compliance support
Handling employee queries and grievance resolution
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
