Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing and developing training content
2. Support training program coordination
3. Maintain training records and databases
4. Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback
5. Research new topics and suggest improvements
Requirements:
1. Pursuing/completed MBA in HR, or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Organizational and time management skills
