Source and screen resumes from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable profiles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and follow up with candidates through the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
