What You’ll Do:
Support end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen and shortlist candidates for various technology roles.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal tools to identify the right talent.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and coordinate feedback.
Maintain daily trackers and ensure timely closures.
Who We’re Looking For:
1 year to 2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in C2H.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, or any ATS is a plus.
High energy, learning mindset, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment.
Immediate availability is a must.
