🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews & offer negotiations
* Handle employee onboarding and exit processes
* Conduct employee connects and drive engagement initiatives
* Manage HR operations, employee records & compliance
* Work with HRMS/HRIS and Advanced Excel for HR reporting
* Prepare dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
* Identify process gaps and support automation & process improvements
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment / HR Generalist roles
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
✅ Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
✅ Good knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools
✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✅ Ability to work with stakeholders across India & the US
✅ Adaptable, proactive and strong problem-solving mindset
