Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT/BPO requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references amp; databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews amp; follow-ups.
Manage bulk/volume hiring and drive activities.
Required Skills Good verbal and written communication.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
Immediate joiners preferred.
