🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can build and scale the HR function, manage workforce planning, and ensure strong compliance across project sites and corporate operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Talent acquisition across EPC projects, sales, and technical teams
* Workforce planning aligned with business expansion
* Strong focus on PF, ESI, Labour Law compliance
* Handling contract labour & site workforce
* Implement performance management systems (KPI-driven)
* Manage payroll, HR operations & HRMS
* Drive employee engagement & retention
🔹 Requirements:
✔ 8–10 years of HR experience
✔ Background in Solar / EPC / Construction / Infrastructure preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance
✔ Experience handling blue-collar & white-collar workforce
✔ Strong execution & problem-solving skills
📍 Location: Kochi
💰 Salary: ₹6.5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable)
