What You Will Do:
* Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling) across tech, ops, logistics, and sales teams.
* Onboarding: Own the new-hire journey, from offer letters to orientation.
* HR Operations: Maintain employee databases, manage HRIS, and track attendance/leaves for payroll.
* Engagement & Support: Plan team-building activities and serve as a go-to point of contact for employee queries.
What We Are Looking For:
* MBA in HR or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience (startup or logistics ecosystem is a plus).
* Strong communication skills. Fluency in ,Kannada ,English,Telgu ,Tamil is Mandatory
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
