💼 Your Role at a Glance
🔸 50% – In-House Recruitment
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Coordinate and assist with onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers for timely closures
🔸 50% – Employee Engagement & HR Activities
• Organize team games & employee activities
• Coordinate festival celebrations & internal events
• Support L&D initiatives and engagement drives.
