Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining facility requirements, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee general administrative tasks including office maintenance, stationery, housekeeping, and pantry services.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for utilities, maintenance, and supplies.
* Maintain records of attendance, leave, visitor logs, gate passes, and admin-related documentation.
* Assist in organizing meetings, internal audits, plant inspections, and compliance checklists.
* Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure, safety equipment, and plant hygiene.
* Manage filing systems – both physical and digital – for administrative records.
* Provide support for event planning, travel arrangements, and guest coordination.
* Coordinate with security staff for facility entry, visitor passes, and vehicle movement records.
* Support HR/Admin team in basic compliance and facility-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial unit.
* Knowledge of office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic reporting tools.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
