Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with strong technical understanding and proven experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for technical roles across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and match them with job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Proficiency with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
