You’ll be responsible for building strong pipelines through innovative sourcing, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and engaging with top talent across platforms.
🔹 What you’ll do
Collaborate with Hiring Managers & Recruiters to identify the right talent.
Source via Naukri, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, GitHub, Stack Overflow & more.
Build & manage a talent pool database.
Drive end-to-end sourcing & outreach.
🔹 What we’re looking for
1–2 years’ experience in sourcing/recruitment.
Hands-on with sourcing tools & Boolean search.
Strong communication & relationship skills.
Organized, proactive & keen eye for talent.
📍 Location: Pune (Mandatory WFO | 12 PM – 9 PM)
💰 Salary: Up to 5 LPA
