Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for high-volume, Non-IT requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong pipeline.
Maintain meticulous recruitment trackers and dashboards.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring (Non-IT Recruitment).
Education: MBA in HR (preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc., for data tracking).
Work Structure: Ready for a 6-day Work from Office model.
Employment Type: Off-role position.
