What You'll Do:
✅ End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
✅ Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
✅ Manage offer rollouts and candidate engagement
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 1+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
✔️ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
