Experience Required
* 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse, Stores, or Logistics Operations
* Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Any Degree
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against delivery documents
✔️ Process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain accurate system records
✔️ Handle inward and outward material movements
✔️ Pick, pack, and prepare parts for customer shipments
✔️ Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
✔️ Coordinate shipments with suppliers, transporters, and customers
✔️ Handle supplier invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for verification and payment processing
✔️ Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders
✔️ Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities
✔️ Maintain warehouse organization, material traceability, and housekeeping standards
✔️ Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
Required Skills
* Knowledge of GRN, Inventory Management, and Material Handling
* Basic Computer Skills (ERP/Excel preferred)
* Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
* Attention to Detail
* Hindi Communication Skills will be an added advantage
