✅ Eligibility Criteria:
1 to 5 years of experience in IT Hiring(Pref Contract Staffing)
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation
✅ Experience & Soft Skills Required:
• 💼 Proven experience in Contract Staffing or FTE hiring
• 🎯 Attracting candidates through strategic engagement and positioning
• 📝 Screening resumes, shortlisting profiles, and assessing candidate suitability
• 📅 Coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth post-offer communication
• 📅Strong grasp of recruitment metrics and performance tracking
