Prior experience working with Implementation Partners / MSP
Strong hands-on experience in C2C recruitment
Excellent sourcing skills using Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficiency in ATS tools like Ceipal
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
