Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Teacher team. As an Intern, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Teacher and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
3. Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify top talent.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand Teacher needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and Teacher metrics.
6. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
