Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update MIS (Management Information
System) and recruitment trackers.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients via email and track
feedback/follow-up.
- Coordinate with selected candidates till joining
- Liaise with internal recruiters for status updates.
- Provide timely status reports to management.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the
recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced
environment.Salary-Rs.12,000.
