Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring seamless delivery of HCM solutions that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as US Payroll
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure Fusion HCM modules according to business needs.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify business process improvements, and suggest best practices.
Collaborate with technical developers for integrations, reports, and customizations.
Manage and mentor a team of HCM consultants.
Conduct user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Act as a key point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management.
Stay updated with Oracle’s quarterly releases and provide impact assessments and recommendations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Strong knowledge in one or more Fusion HCM modules: US Payroll
Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security, and workflows.
Experience with OTBI/BIP reporting, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
