About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee – HR to join our HR team in Chennai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Operations, and develop into a strategic HR professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Support HR Operations, including maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
Help with HR analytics and reporting, including attrition, recruitment metrics, and workforce data.
Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives across different HR functions.
Learn and contribute to policy formulation and implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) and MBA in Human Resources.
Hindi language proficiency – mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work collaboratively.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office.
Passion for HR and eagerness to develop a career in Human Resources.
Preferably Male candidate
