Job Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support via phone &
ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware, software 8 network
issues
Log and manage tickets within SLA
Escalate complex issues to higher support
teams
Assist with user account setup & access
managementELIGIBILITY - Freshers Only
Bachelor's Degree Basic knowledge of Good
in IT / Computer Science Windows. MS Office communication
/ Related field &. Networking skills
