Junior HR Recruiter to support our hiring
process. The ideal candidate should have
good communication skills. a passion for
recruitment. and the ability to coordinate
with candidates and hire managers.
REQUIREMENTS'
. Bachelor's degree in HR. Business Adminstration
or a related field.
. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
. Good verbal and written communication skills.
. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and
HR practices.
. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel. Word. Outlook).
. Ability to multitask and work in a fastopaced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.0 PREFERRED SKILLS
. Experience using job portals such as Naukri or Indeed.
. Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
. Good knowledge in sourcing profile.
