IT Recruiter – UK/Europe Recruitment

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join Infoplus Technologies UK/Europe recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases, and screen them for suitability against client requirements..
* Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
* 0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing.
* Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills.
* Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.
* Good understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
* Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred:
* Experience in UK/European IT recruitment is an advantage.
* Candidates with recruitment internship or trainee experience may also be considered.
