🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage full IT recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to closures
✅ Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & social media
✅ Conduct HR screening & coordinate technical interviews
✅ Maintain ATS / candidate trackers & recruitment database
✅ Partner with hiring managers for technical talent needs
✅ Support onboarding & employer branding initiatives
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or MBA (HR) is mandatory.
✔️ 1+ years IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
✔️ Knowledge of IT job roles & hiring trends
✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Strong time management & organizational ability
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office; ATS/HRMS experience preferred
