📍 Location: Ambattur, Chennai
👩🎓 Qualification: MBA(Software Engineer)/MA Software EngineerM – Freshers (2024–2025 batch preferred)
🕐 Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome!)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end onboarding support for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer to joining.
* Collect and validate joining and statutory documents (ID proofs, educational certificates, compliance forms, etc.) as per internal and legal requirements.
* Coordinate with Software Engineer Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
* Execute Workday transactions related to onboarding (employee record creation, data updates, and verification) with accuracy and compliance.
Support new hires by guiding them on documentation, induction schedules, and Software Engineer policies.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Fluent Hindi speaking is mandatory).
