About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP Associate to support our plant/operations team in Oragadam. This role demands an individual who understands the HR lifecycle and can drive HR initiatives while closely partnering with business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support in executing HR strategies and policies on-ground.
Assist in handling employee engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning, onboarding, and induction.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and monthly processing coordination.
Track and report key HR metrics (attendance, attrition, etc.).
Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees at the shop-floor/plant level.
Support training, performance review, and compliance documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience or working knowledge in payroll and HR operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage employee relations in a manufacturing or plant setup.
Fluent in Tamil and English.
