We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai.
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: On-site
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Preferred
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Meet recruitment targets and closure timelines.
🔹 Required Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Naukri / LinkedIn / other recruitment portals will be an added advantage.
