Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in Domestic Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures across various business functions and technical/non-technical roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
* Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
* Experience in hiring candidates for IT, SAP and Salesforce Requirements.
* Strong resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices.
