💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
🔹 Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
🔹 Maintain employee records and HR documentation
🔹 Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
🔹 Support employee engagement activities and HR events
🔹 Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports
🔹 Respond to employee HR-related queries with guidance from the HR team
🔹 Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information
🔹 Work closely with the HR team to support various people initiatives
🎯 Who Can Apply?
✅ MBA in Human Resources (2026 Batch)
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic knowledge of HR concepts and HR operations
✅ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
