Experience: Minimum 1 year
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Practical experience in HR & Administration activities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Candidates residing in or around Muvattupuzha / Aluva will be preferred.
Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
