What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Sourcing & Advertising: Finding potential hires through social media, job boards, and databases; creating, updating, and posting job descriptions.
Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and performing in-depth interviews (video or in-person).
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Developing hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and updating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Offer Management: Negotiating compensation and extending job offers.
Onboarding: Coordinating pre-employment checks and facilitating new hire onboarding. Workable +6
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a relevant HR role.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Tools: Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and legislation.
Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. Workable +6
